Yes. Novae Wellness is telehealth-first and cares for women anywhere in California. Visits happen by secure video or by phone, so you can be seen from home, from work, or anywhere you have a quiet moment. Lab work is ordered to all Quests in California, but if you prefer you can take the lab order to a lab of your choosing — and your results are reviewed together on your next visit, so the distance never changes the level of attention you get.

Membership itself is paid directly, which is what makes longer visits and between-visit access possible. Your insurance can still do real work for you: lab panels and prescriptions are typically billed through your plan, and we'll order them in a way that keeps your out-of-pocket cost as low as we can. We'll always tell you what something is likely to cost before you commit to it.

Typically an hour for new consults. Visits are built so there's room to talk through symptoms, history, and the things that never fit into a rushed appointment. Your first evaluation is the longest, and follow-ups stay unhurried as your plan is adjusted. You won't be watching the clock or saving your real question for the doorway on the way out.

A full initial evaluation with lab work, an individualized treatment plan, and medication when it's the right fit for your health picture. It also includes what usually gets left out: ongoing adjustments as your body responds, follow-up visits scheduled around your life, and a clinician you can reach between appointments instead of waiting weeks for an answer.

Simple and transparent pricing.

The initial comprehensive evaluation is $199 — a 60 minute telehealth visit covering your medical history, symptom assessment, health goals, appropriate lab recommendations, and an individualized treatment plan. 

After that, ongoing membership is $149 a month, which includes your hormone and/or weight-management care, follow-up visits as clinically appropriate, medication management, lab review, and secure messaging with your provider between visits. Membership starts with a 3 month initial commitment and then continues month-to-month. Laboratory testing and medications are not included in the membership fee and vary based on your individual treatment plan.

Yes, when it suits your health picture. GLP-1 therapy is available as injections or oral pills, and we'll talk honestly about how each one works, what side effects to expect, and what the plan looks like over time. Medication is always paired with metabolic labs and nutrition support rather than handed out on its own — the goal is a change you can sustain.

Have a question between visits? Members have access to secure messaging with their provider for brief questions, treatment updates, and concerns related to their care — without having to schedule an appointment for every little thing. Messages are reviewed and answered during normal business hours. More complex concerns may require a scheduled visit.

Hormone testing isn't one-size-fits-all. We offer several testing options, including traditional blood testing, saliva testing, and dried urine testing (DUTCH). The type of testing we recommend depends on your individual symptoms, health history, current medications or hormone therapy, and what we're trying to evaluate. During your consultation, we'll determine which testing approach is most appropriate for you — so you receive the information we actually need to guide your care.

Yes! Testosterone can be an important part of hormone replacement therapy. It's completely optional and tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
